We have inherited the world from our predecessors: their traditions, their dreams, and their sins. In today's world, humanity has separated ourselves from nature. Through images found in the artist's collection of inherited encyclopaedias, enherite explores the varying scales of mankind exploiting nature as resources.
The art book also reflects the imperfect pursuit for perfection by man through organic execution methods such as hand sewn bookbinding and hand torn deckle edges.
The word “enherite” is the Middle English form of the Modern English word, “inherit.” We may have inherited creations and destructions from our predecessors, but it is up to us as to what we do with these inheritance that matters in our future.
